Job Description


Ensure the VTrips quality standard in all aspects of our properties (maintenance, housekeeping, presentation, inventory, pool, lawn, etc.) upon arrival of guests and owners.


Essential Functions:

  • Perform housekeeping and maintenance inspections, as well as, light housekeeping and/or maintenance tasks during inspection.
  • Responsible for daily arrival and departure inspections, communicate completion with Housekeeping Manager.
  • Professional with the ability to be functional in a team environment, capable of taking direction while being proactive and be able to perform with minimum supervision.
  • Assist with property ratings, walk properties for improvement and gather information from guest/owner complaints.
  • Staging newly on-boarded properties for photoshoot (photos posted on and other third-party booking agents/sites.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
  • An eye for detail.

Physical Demands: Candidate is required to stoop, bend, stretch, twist, reach out, use stomach and lower back muscles to support the body for long periods, see details of objects that are less than a few feet away, as well as, push and lift 35lbs. Must be able to stand and be physically active for extended periods of time without getting tired or out of breath. Must be able to ascend and descend multiple flights of stairs.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work Full-time position. Typical hours of operation 8 AM – 5 PM. Work schedule varies based upon business needs. Mandatory Saturdays and potentially holidays.


3 years inspections/quality assurance experience, preferred

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must pass a background screening.
