Position Description

A member of Flynn Restaurants Group Enterprise Systems organization, as the SAP HR Functional Lead, you will be responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of SAP HCM and various third-party solutions which together provide the technology platform for Human Resources and associated business areas.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, SAP CEO, you will provide critical subject matter expertise, technical acumen and critical thinking in the practice of delivering value to the Human Resources and Operations organizations at FRG.

Role Responsibilities:
Contribute to the analysis, configuration, break/fix resolutions and operations of a portion of HCM systems and modules, consisting of SAP HCM Organizational Management and Personnel Action
Support the creation and operation of HR data integrations to and from systems like: third-party SaaS solutions certain HR business processes (recruiting and onboarding, benefits administration), store Point-of-Sale and back-of-house systems, and enterprise reporting
Responsible for all HCM-related system changes regardless of requesting source (business partners, HCM IT team, vendor, regulatory)
Contribute to the end-to-end management of HCM IT systems from demand through requirements documentation, solution generation, build, test, delivery and operation
Partner with Human Resources. Finance and Operations users to execute company strategy around strategic HR information systems
Maintain proper change management documentation
Support acquisitions including implementation in SAP
Partner with Human Resources and Operations users in the identification and resolution of data issues, including integrations between SAP and other systems

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelors Degree in a related field with 4+ years IT or HRIS experience
Demonstrated understanding of HR business functions, processes, and strategies linked to business goals
Information Technology literacy outside of HCM Systems
Demonstrated experience delivering value in an effective HRIS team
Hands-on professional experience configuring SAP products for a majority of the following subareas: Organization Management, Personnel Management and HR Reporting. Bonus for experience with Payroll and Time Evaluation.
Experience working with business partners to drive understanding the purpose and importance of requirements, functional specifications, testing, change control and operational efficiency
Experience executing complex test plans
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of management
Experience working with on-site and remote resources
SAP certifications strongly preferred but not required
