Working under the Interactive Group Creative Director of the In House Agency team, key responsibilities of this position include:
Identifying and procuring critical new software and systems to facilitate teams across the agency in delivering more effectively and efficiently
Managing and maintaining all versions and deployments of all agency software and systems
Overseeing processes required for technology risk review, enterprise registrations, contract/PO execution and any additional software/systems acquisition due diligence
Coordinating with and directing multiple oversight and implementation groups to ensure software/systems fulfillment and to facilitate coordination with enterprise IT initiaitves that impact the In House Agency
Developing and managing In-House Agency team member onboarding and software/system provisioning
Maintaining all contract, license, approval, and accounting records for all agency software, systems and related activities/initiatives
Researching internal and industry systems and services to facilitate discovery of processes and requirements
Documenting requirements for projects and/or overall software/systems operations impacting or under the authority of the In House Agency
Assisting in troubleshooting and communicating remedies and/or policies troubleshooting with enterprise technology help desk teams
Planning and project management for operations and innovation initiatives involving the need to secure or integrate software or other digital systems
Ensuring user groups are equipped with needed learning resources and documentation
A commitment to ongoing, productive collaboration and teamwork with agency teams and client partners
Work Location: San Francisco, Charlotte NC, or Minneapolis, MN

Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
8+ years of operations experience
4+ years of management experience in an operations environment
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including senior leadership/management
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Other Desired Qualifications
3+ years of agency systems administration support (or equivalent environment/role)
Demonstrated passion/knowledge of creative software and systems (Mac & PC, Adobe suite, development tools, video editing software and equipment)
