MOD Enterprises, Inc., a Property Maintenance company, is looking for an Operations Assistant to perform the following:

  • Monitor all Departments on the jobs they are completing each day
  • Maintain Fleetmatics Work Order System, utilize to its fullest potential
  • Generate & maintain Work Order Schedule
  • Compile all paperwork for each completed job (including MOD Work Orders, Receipts, Customer Purchase Orders) & attach to Fleetmatics Work Orders
  • Generate/Calculate billing each week & provide to owner for approval
  • Communicate with Customers, Subcontractors, and Vendors
  • Research, order, and deliver materials as needed
  • Maintain Vehicle Requirements (registrations, inspections, hut registrations, etc., DOT requirements)
  • Prepare Customer Proposals as needed
  • Take site pictures as requested
  • Organize & clean owner’s office as needed
  • Organize new warehouse once complete
  • Assist Office Manager during any down time or as needed

Candidate will need a valid/clean NYS Driver’s License with reliable transportation to travel between Lockport Office (currently will be sharing small office with owner until new office building is complete within a year) and Depew Office (currently the Office Manager’s home), as well as traveling throughout WNY as needed.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Must have extensive experience in Microsoft Office and excellent Customer Service skills.

Must have 3 years experience working with a property maintenance/construction type company.
