RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking an organized and motivated warehouse associate to join our facility. The warehouse associate will be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet, focused on meeting deadlines, and experienced in inventory warehouse procedures. The warehouse associate may also operate heavy machinery, or drive equipment, so a candidate with experience and a valid driver’s license is preferred and forklift experience is a must!
Responsibilities: Perform several manufacturing and general responsibilities throughout the day but is not limited to:
- Operation of fertilizer blending equipment operation and oversight
- Prepare fertilizer blends meeting specific formulary requirements
- Loader operation inside production blending area
- Ongoing maintenance support to production equipment
- General plant housekeeping
Qualifications:
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent Requirements:
- Experienced in front-end loader operation within areas of restricted space
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experienced with software-based machinery and equipment
- Must be dependable with driver’s license and transportation; available for overtime and weekends
- MUST HAVE LOADER EXPERIENCE
- Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently
- Adhere to all safety polices and personal protection equipment requirements; follow prescribed work methods

- Outstanding housekeeping skills
