The responsibilities of this position include welcoming customers by greeting them, answering phones, assisting customers in selecting hardware, developing an extensive knowledge of product lines, follow up on orders from conception through delivery, contacting manufacturers for updates on orders, light cleaning of showroom, light shipping and receiving.
