Spectrum Consulting is looking for a Part-Time Temporary Payroll Assistant 15-20 hours per week for our client in the Keened, NH area. This is an immediate need approximately 6 months.The pay range is $18-$20/hour depending on experience.
This position will provide assistance to the payroll team with processing weekly payroll.
Payroll Assistant Duties:
Reconcile time cards
Manually verify and enter all payroll data
Process employee pay rate changes
Generate reports from the payroll system as needed
Create and upload the general ledger
Upload benefit details to vendor systems
Payroll Assistant Qualifications:
High School Diploma
2-5 years of payroll experience
Proficiency with payroll software programs – experience with ADP Workforce Now and Enterprise E-Time is a plus
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Able to work independently
Solid computer skills – in particular MS Excel
Able to Manage and maintain confidential pay and personnel information
