As an Account Creation Services Specialist, you will work in an energetic and fast paced call center with a strong team dynamic. As the first point of contact after a customer is installed, you will be responsible for verifying that the account information we have on file is correct and validating that the customer understands their contract terms.

Starting pay of $13.00 per hour + a clear career path to a $40,000/year salary within 1 year.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
You will be answering calls from Vivint employees and customers needing account maintenance assistance (NO SALES or EQUIPMENT TROUBLESHOOTING)
Run credit checks for our Sales Professionals while they are acquiring new customers
Review billing history
Offer billing solutions
Administer account information updates
Process payments
Conduct scripted post install surveys
Answer questions about customers line of credit or loan
Accurately document and update records in required systems

What we’re looking for:
A customer advocate; someone that can relate to the customer and provide effective solutions
You have excellent communicate skills, both verbal and written
You exhibit excellent organizational and coordination skills
You work effectively with other departments, and in a team environment
You are comfortable learning how to navigate Vivint’s service and sales databases
You have customer service experience, this is preferred, but not required
You engage customers professionally and efficiently

Minimum Requirements:
High School Graduate, GED, or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to pass a background check
Must be able to work 1 weekend day each week
Ability to sit for a full shift
Ability to take incoming calls for a full shift
Must be able to obtain a Burglar Alarm Company Agent License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah. *Paid for by Vivint*
