Responsibilities
- Provide insurance quotes to prospective clients.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- File and organize customer records and documents.
- Issue and manage certificates of insurance.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls and assisting clients as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or the insurance industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
