The instructional Designer supports multiple learning programs being built and released our Care Centers in the United States. The main work relates to the creation of in-person workshops, eLearning, and job aids. The position works closely with program managers, stakeholders and facilitators to quickly turnaround content for the training of contact center agents.
Temporary worker to support key initiatives during a time when we have multiple FTE vacancies.
In this role, you will:
Use our instructional design standards and branding to create in-person workshop content, eLearning courses, and job aids.
Work in small teams with stakeholders, program managers, and facilitators to ensure that the content aligns perfectly to the business need and reflects the reality of the workplace.
Work to tight deadlines to create storyboards, review versions of materials, and final versions.
The ideal candidate possesses:
At least six years of experience working in instructional design for a Learning department in a global company.
A strong portfolio of eLearning and ILT work that demonstrates mastery as an instructional designer.
A track record of utilizing the latest information on adult learning theory as well as instructional design techniques and practices.
Experience of following standards and guidelines on instructional design.
Experience working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment, with a high customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
