Must have experience in Long Term Care. Must have knowledge of Life Safety Code documentation. Must have good verbal and written skills. Must ensure the facility is well- maintained in a safe and comfortable manner. Must have knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
