Wonderful couple in the West Hollywood/Beverly Hills area is seeking an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant. The typical schedule will be Monday to Fridaywith weekend flexibility and availability to travel. The ideal candidate must be educated and have a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. Primary responsibilities will include working closely with the Estate Manager ensuring the smooth running of the household, performing administrative and household tasks and working closely with existing staff, inventory management, calendar management and travel. Verifiable references and an excellent drivingrecord are a must. Travel (international and domestic) is required – must have valid passport.
