Enartis USA, Inc. is currently recruiting for a dynamic Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our supplies store department for our Windsor California branch. We are looking for a self-motivated, friendly and professional person who is able to support our Enartis USA’s customer’s needs with a positive attitude every day. This is a great opportunity for representative to learn about wine making products and protocols and laboratory equipment.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is on the front line of contact with customers, either face-to-face, phone, email or through the company’s website. The CSR will establish and build long lasting professional relationships with the customers by providing prompt courteous and professional service. As part of the Enartis USA team, assists with the company's strategy related to increase sales and market share, by maintaining high level of customer satisfaction and identifying and sharing with management any market opportunities and threats.

General Summary of Duties:

  • Assists customers (face to face, email, phone or website) with account set-up, orders and general product questions.
  • Supports the customer’s needs through entire order cycle.
  • Troubleshoots issues, monitors and tracks orders to ensure that customers will receive their orders in a timely manner.
  • Answers product/equipment questions and directs customers to appropriate resource when necessary.
  • Maintains suitable of amounts of product samples, distributes samples, maintain usage log and communicates with Logistics Coordinator when more sample preparation required
  • Responsible for rotating seasonal products on wall of supply store annually and updating pricing on supply store labels, in collaboration with the Communications Supervisor

Qualification Requirements

  • Preferred education or experience equivalent to AA degree.
  • Proven Experience in Microsoft Office programs , Sage Mas90, Outlook and general experience in basic IT processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail are essential
  • Ability to life 50 pounds
  • Wine Industry Experience a Plus.

Competitive salary and benefits package. Hourly range $16-$18.50 based on proven customer service experience.

Normal hours 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday and varies during harvest.
