Job Description
Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success automating workflows and identifying process improvement, including the following areas:

Architect, Position, Design, Develop and Deploy enterprise solutions which include components across the Artificial Intelligence spectrum such as Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, Machine Learning, and Cognitive Services (e.g. Vision/Image, Textual/Language processing).
Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms
Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements
Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
Managing and analyzing existing processes to identify automation opportunities across multiple platforms and technologies;
Collaborating with Senior Automation Engineers and development teams to design processes in the most efficient way to enable automation and machine learning in a culture of innovation;
Managing automation opportunities including both internal IT processes and business processes that are, or can be enabled by technology;
Leading the development and maintenance of non-complex automated processes, delivering projects on time and within budget;
Managing and maintaining a portfolio of automation scripts;
Conducting impact analysis of any application or infrastructure changes that interact with automation and make associated script changes and updates;
Developing reporting to measure the effectiveness of automated processes;

Leadership:
Applying independent judgement while collaborating with others, and influencing others within the project and domain teams;
Providing in the moment feedback to other staff members to support a real time development culture;
Building, maintaining and leveraging relationships as well as a specialized level of verbal and written communication skills; and,
Assist and drive the team by providing oversight

Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
An advanced degree in the area of specialization is preferred.
Job Requirements

Required:
6+ years of relevant Analytics consulting or industry experience
At least 2 years experience working with SparkCognition, Expert System, Microsoft Cognitive Services, IBM Watson, Numenta, Deepmind, CognitiveScale, CustomerMatrix, IPSoft, Pega, Salesforce Einstein, Google Cloud Platform/Tensor Flow, or Amazon Web Services/Sagemaker, and common open source scripting languages
At least 6 months experience working with Amazon Lex or IPSoft Amelia
At least 2 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Linguistics, Advanced Semantic Design
Demonstrated expertise with at least 3 full life cycle analytics engagement across strategy, design and implementation.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Empirical Statistics or 4 years equivalent professional experience

Preferred Knowledge:
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success improving and managing the productivity of technology processes and business processes by creating automated workflows to replace manual workflows including the following areas:

Experience designing and implementing Apache Open Source (Kafka, Storm, Spark) Frameworks to process end to end data management life cycle for NLP, Machine Log Algorithms, Text Mining algorithms.
Configuration management tools (such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible);
Script languages (including Python, Ruby, JScript and VBscript);
Cloud infrastructure and container-based deployment; and,
Lean IT principles and data driven approaches.
