St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Sr Physician Liaison to join our Office of Provider Relations team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience with strategic outreach to facilitate relationships both internally and externally with physicians/providers.
Maintain a sales pipeline for CC product and actively engaged in identifying independent clinics who are interested in the Epic EHR.
Actively manage the stages of engagement of each customer (first call, demo, workflow assessment, IT assessment, pricing, contracting, implementation kickoff)
Document all customer interactions (phone, email and face to face / virtual) in Tracker Plus software
Review CC roadmap monthly with Sr. Director
Participate in CC meetings including preparation of agendas, PowerPoint presentations, track action items and follow up
Facilitate internal stakeholder meeting and other meetings as assigned
Responsible for contract signing, BAA paperwork etc. Partner with SL legal on individual clinic contracts
Responsible for contract renewal and partnership with SL legal to ensure contract is current and available in C360
Prepare and present pricing model estimates to CC customers
Partner with Sr. Director and finance team for TCO and capital expense projections
Prepare OCIE documents for all CC customers with contracts in the que. Work with project teams for required signatures to be completed prior to customer implementation kick off
Schedule and conduct ECL training for potential CC customers
ECL trainings to other customers as needed to help team achieve goals
Maintain and update CC marketing materials
Other duties as assigned to support Office of Provider Relations and successful completion of Provider Technology and Connectivity CoE goals
Responsible for providing customer feedback to CoE team members and facilitating appropriate hand off
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
5 years relevant experience interacting with physician/providers, giving EHR support, problem solving and customer service.
Preferred certification in Epic Ambulatory. Other applications considered: Cadence/Prelude, Willow or Revenue Cycle.
