You will serve as an Administrative Specialist in the U.S. Fleet Cyber Command of US FLEET CYBER COMMAND, located in Fort Meade, MD. performing duties within a wide range of unrelated analytical and procedural tasks and advises on services, processes and administrative functions of an organization's program.
You will process all received command-issued personal awards by reviewing, printing and further processing to NDAWS, NAVPERS and Total Records and Information Management (TRIM) or related systems.
You will maintain inventory, orders and issues supplies, sorts when received and maintains appropriate supply logs.
You will assist in validating and entering information into the Navy Department Awards Web Services (NDAWS) system for further processing.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS/GG-09 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as the following: Coordinating award/recognition submissions and assisting in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Awards program as the Assistant Awards Administrator, preparing completed awards and other correspondences for mailing and assuring proper handling through mail system, formulating guidelines governing administrative activities, office procedures, space or security procedures, and resource allocations, preparing directives and correspondence and providing advice on correct formats and procedures pertaining to administrative functions, and maintaining liaison with personnel in other intelligence activities and agencies, to discuss mutual problems and production efforts.
