The Philadelphia Protestant Home (PPH), a Leader in Senior Services is seeking a highly energized and dynamic professional to lead our motivated, collaborative, sales team in driving growth and customer base. Our Director will plan, develop, strategize, and evaluate the annual sales and marketing initiatives of our Community as well as lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed target admissions for Independent Living. The Director will analyze data and market trends to identify competitor offerings to achieve maximum resident satisfaction.
The successful candidates must have Experience in Direct sales, preferably in a senior living community or senior services field. Must be capable of negotiating contracts and agreements with prospective residents. Familiarity with SHERPA CRM to track sales activities and performance. Excellent communication, organizational, finance/accounting, sales software, advertising and persuasion skills required.
