Single point of contact for the Encounter & EDI Team to resolve technical EDI issues at operational level.
Liaise with Health plans, Clearing houses & EDI Team to support/improve encounter related issues.
Interact with business users to understand new business requirements, operational issues and enhancement requests related to Encounters.
Lead Biztalk Implementation with the development team
Encounter related analytics using SQL server
Monitor/Perform day to day encounter submissions to health plans
Monitoring/Reporting weekly rejections/edits
Provide insight on process improvements and enhancements
Qualifications - Academic and Professional Qualifications:
BA or BS degree preferred and/or other relevant combination of training and experience.
EDI know-how and working with clearing houses/health plans required
2-5 years Health IT industry experience preferred
Strong understanding of SQL Server based queries and analytics preferred
Biztalk experience preferred
2-5 years coding and development experience preferred
Software QA experience is a strong plus
