Inside Sales Rep / Home Care Sales / Senior Care Adviser - Work from Home, earn commission and enjoy great benefits!

We are looking for enthusiastic team members who can work from home with an industry leader and rapidly growing company. Our Senior Advisers are client focused, performance oriented, and can work with minimal supervision. Position includes commissions, health benefits, 401k and monthly bonus incentives.

We want our Senior Advisers / Inside Sales Reps to contribute to the evolution of our internal processes and client solutions. Senior Advisers are often the first person who will speak to a family member about their family’s care needs and will represent the Company as its key ambassador.

Responsibilities

Consulting directly with our family members to listen, explore and understand their family members’ needs in a compassionate, empathetic, intuitive and analytical manner.
Learn about and understand the aging process and different Home Care options available. Become a trusted expert in developing care solutions for our clients based on HomeCare.com’s various offerings
Propose, offer and sell over the phone a range of creative caregiver solutions
Communicate with family members by providing solutions both orally and in writing
Advise families during their decision-making process to help them select the best caregiving solutions based on our offerings
Manage our home care solution program from beginning to end, providing an exceptional client experience
Senior Advisers / Inside Sales Reps will be provided with a steady stream of families to work with but will need to be in constant contact with leads and opportunities to be successful. This typically requires making 75 outbound calls/day and moving families through the decision-making process. Senior Advisors will develop Care Plans and proposals for about 10 clients/week. Each team member will be required to achieve individual sales and performance goals based on HomeCare.com’s key metrics and proven model. We will provide our Senior Advisors with our proprietary tools and training to ensure success while measuring their progress.

Please note: this is primarily a Sales job specializing in Home Care Sales. A highly-competitive candidate will have previous experience in a Sales-related position, and a caring and enthusiastic attitude toward helping seniors find care. Experience in a call center or managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls is a plus.
