Cherokee Nation Technologies has been tasked to design, develop, test and deliver a customer portal, which will replace a manual ordering system.
We are looking for a Sr. MVC developer for web development in a .NET Core environment to apply various programming techniques, processes, and tools to ensure the creation of robust code.
Full Time Telecommute, Proximity to Fort Collins, CO or Washington, DC is preferred.
Develop scalable and maintainable MVC applications in C#, .NET
Develop web services using .NET Web API
Develop repositories with Entity Framework
Develop MS SQL Server databases
Work effectively in an Agile Scrum environment
Creatively solve problems, leverage new tools, implement cutting edge solutions
Contribute to our collective brain power through innovation and peer review
5+ years of experience as a software developer
5+ years of advanced C#
5+ years of Entity Framework
5+ years of MS SQL Server
5+ years of web development
3+ years of recent Microsoft Visual Studio
Focus and independent drive to complete tasks
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
BS in computer science/engineering strongly preferred
Web API experience strongly preferred
.NET Core experience strongly preferred
Team Foundation Server (code, work, build, test) experience is a plus
