The Analyst-Experimental Biology is responsible for all aspects of validation, sample analysis and data preparation in support of pre-clinical and clinical studies. Ensure all work is conducted in accordance to GLP/GCP regulations.

This job contributes to organizational success by:
Perform all flow cytometry operations, including sample preparation, sample acquisition, data analysis and presentation. Experience with BD flow cytometers, FACSDiva software, and FCS express software is desirable.

Conduct validation and sample analysis as per study method, protocol and or analytical/validation plans and SOPs in accordance to GLP/GCP. Promptly analyze data and submit results.

Work as a team and as directed by Study Managers and Associate Managers. Provide status reports on projects and accountable for meeting agreed timelines and performance quality.

Operate and maintain compliant use of all analyzers and equipment as per SOP/GLP. Assist senior staff with remediating repairs, general service and maintain reagent inventory.

Develop scientific knowledge of the work performed and increase skill in pipetting technique, the use of on-line data capture systems and general office software.

Assist with data quality control, promptly document deviations and address audit findings via TRACS.

Attend and participate in departmental study initiation meetings and scientific presentations.

Properly store, track and dispose samples, reagents, reference standards and test articles.

Participate in weekend, holiday and late shift rotations.

Ensure safe work practices and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

The incumbent carries out additional duties and tasks, if needed and required. Education/Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred or Associate degree with 2 years experience Experience:
2+ years experience in laboratory environment
Previous experience and profiecieny with TRaCS
