The Manager, Finance – Reporting will be responsible for managing KHC’s internal reporting tool, assisting the monthly close process and leading financial restatements. The position offers significant exposure to the P&L and related key financial systems (SAP, OFC, and HFM) with the opportunity to support the finance management team within BU’s and Corporate FP&A/Controllers group. Activities will also include working with internal control leads, internal and external auditors, business and IT functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage KHC’s internal reporting tool (OFC) for financial actuals.
Manage and assist the monthly close process and preparation of consolidated financial statements for all US and Global business units.
Lead and execute financial restatements.
Perform complex ad-hoc analyses as needed.
Support all financial related audits including compliance, internal, external and SOX.
Opportunities for ad hoc special projects related to financial reporting or new/developing accounting topics, M&A activity, accounting system updates as required.


A minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
Ability to effectively lead, manage and prioritize multiple projects, while effectively operating in a fast-paced complex global organization.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict management skills.
Excellent analytical, teamwork, customer service and leadership skills.
Experience with SAP and Hyperion Financial Management a plus.
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills desired.
