The Payments FP&A Manager North America will be responsible for providing analysis and support on the full Payments P&L for the North America business. In addition, the individual will be the primary finance business partner for the regional Payments functional teams. This role is based in Reston VA. The individual that fills this position will be a finance professional who, as a result of education or experience in corporate finance, possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to perform these tasks.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual variance analysis, in conjunction with the accounting team for allareas of the P&L
Prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual executive and board level presentation materials
Preparation and coordination of the regional budget/forecast
Work on new contracts and deal structuring and commercial decisions (Pricing, Margin)·
Assist with regional business requirements review for business cases and ongoing tracking·
Provide support to business leaders, product, operations and sales
Provide support to regional Payments cost centre owners
Responsible for commission calculation and information
Assist with CRM pipeline management and reporting
Assist with special projects in other areas of the finance group as required
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or related field
7+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Oracle, or other major ERP systems
Advanced excel skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good presentation skills
Initiative and ability to work independently with limited supervision
Ability to understand and control confidential information with absolute discretion
Knowledge of Hyperion Planning or other Essbase reporting and planning tools
CRM systems experience, ideally SalesForce.
