Residential foreman:

Installation of flexible duct work, T-Ys, dampers, boot boxes

To be able to communicate with foreman and follow his instructions
Commercial foreman:

Need to speak, read and write in English

At least 3 years of experience in Commercial installation

Should be able to read and understand blue prints

Having proper tools

Installation of different type split systems

Installation of roof top package units

Installation of ductless split systems

Basic thermostat wiring, programing and start up

To be able to flush copper lines, vacuum and add refrigerant

Installation of fire dampers, smoke fire dampers, duct smoke detectors

To be able to order to sheet metal shop and coordination with warehouse
