Explanation:

This is Outpatient Physical Therapy performed in the home reported as Part B type referrals. This is not Home Health Part A type referrals. Patients are treated as if they were in an outpatient setting.

This is an opportunity for a physical therapist to be free to utilize his knowledge, skills, and expertise as he wishes. You will make your own hours and schedule patients accordingly. Notes will be done daily. You will schedule patients provided for you. Billing and SOAP notes software will be provided for you. You will be an Independent Contractor without all the distractions of scheduling, weekly meetings, phone calling, and long forms to fill out each day..

Looking for:

Part-time and full-time physical therapists- and those who wish to add extra income.

1-2 years of experience in an Outpatient Clinic Setting

Requirements:

Graduate Degree of Physical Therapy Accredited School

Current Utah Physical Therapy License in good standing

1-2 years of experience in outpatient setting

Basic Life Support Certification for health care providers (CPR)

Good Organizational Skills

Good reliable transportation

Basic computer skills

Exceptional interpersonnal communications skills

I-phone or equivalent device for communication

Home Office Space

Experience with pelvic, cervical traction

Manual and Mobilization Therapy

Experience in Water Therapy- not required
