The Bridal Boutique is looking for an outgoing and self-motivated Bridal Consultant to drive sales and create a one-of-a-kind experience for our brides searching for their dream dress. The perfect candidate would possess excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Position Summary
The ideal bridal consultant has a positive attitude, enthusiastic personality, and can execute effective sales tactics whilst maintaining superb customer service skills. Previous experience in sales and retail is also preferred.
As a bridal consultant, you will serve as a sales liaison in several departments including bridal, bridesmaids, accessories, mother of the bride, and tuxedos.

Possible Expected Tasks
- Assist brides in finding and purchasing the wedding gown of their dreams
- Provide guidance for customers looking to purchase bridesmaids dresses, mother of the bride dresses, accessories, and tuxedos.
- Follow-up with previous brides to build and maintain consultant-customer relationships and inquire about any additional assistance they may need
- Field incoming phone calls and respond to emails accordingly
- Open, tag and organize dress shipments from various designers
- Organize and become well acquainted with current inventory
- Work hand in hand with front end staff to ensure smooth transitions throughout all aspects of the day’s bridal appointments
- Assist current brides and seamstresses during alteration appointments
