Summary:
The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing a regional sales plan. It will involve working closely with Client Executives in the new hire's respective territory to identify business opportunities. C-level solution-selling involving a broad range of Oracle products into targeted markets and accounts in the territory.

Peloton is actively seeking an experienced and team-oriented sales professional to partner with our local consulting team to help grow the Southeast market. The Sales Executive will play an integral role in the growth of Peloton’s local presence through the identification, nurturing and closing of professional services engagements.

The Sales Executive will identify and cultivate relationships and executive sponsors at the C level and will be responsible for selling a suite of opportunities which includes, but not limited to business process and implementation services in: financial and operational planning, supply chain management, human capital management, data warehousing, and data management. Opportunities will be significantly based on ability to aggressively hunt and nurture highly qualified prospects. The Sales Executive will apply team-selling skills to develop and execute a winning strategy, engaging with Peloton solution architects and establishing strategic relationships with Oracle. Travel within the territory is required.

Specific responsibilities include:
Selling the aforementioned solution sets into Fortune 1000 companies in the Southeast & TOLA Territory
Identify leads via cold-calling, networking, events and/or other sources and develop relationships with executives within targeted accounts
Develop leads into pursuits and close pursuits
Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop and deliver compelling value propositions
Lead and motivate sales pursuit teams
Support the development of project proposals, employ data gathering techniques to run an effective sales process
Qualify, develop and advance opportunities in both new and existing customer accounts through well-planned demand generation efforts
Make extensive use of both warm and cold calling, and the web to penetrate our targeted list of prospects
Collaborate with the market team to develop a plan to expand the visibility and opportunities in the market that include account strategies, demand generation activities, execution plans and results
Establish account presence and build trust with key contacts
Identify a customer’s business needs and articulate what type of solutions can address those needs
Collaborate with peers for solutions development and effective client presentations
Prepare proposals and statements of work, and ensure accurate completion of all customer and internal agreements and processes
Manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle and closing process
Deliver against agreed upon sales targets that meet both sales and financial goals and objectives
Interact with partners (e.g. Oracle) to jointly market and sell to mutual customers, share leads, and position solutions
Make significant contributions to the local team and the company sales culture
Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities

Required Experience and Skills:
Demonstrated success with a solution selling / relationship selling approach
This is a "hunter" role and qualified candidates must provide examples of their ability to generate organic revenue growth via prospecting tools and techniques
Experience in territory planning and rapid territory development
Demonstrated commitment to stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements across multiple business sectors

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years’ experience in Enterprise level sales, 2+ years Oracle Applications experience
An understanding of Oracle Applications and/or selling Oracle ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM and BI solutions.
Experience selling cloud applications / solutions specifically Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials, Projects, Procurement, HCM), Oracle EPM (PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS), and Analytical solutions.
Pre-existing relationship with Oracle direct sellers across the sales channel
Prior work experience selling within professional services industry
Established relationships within the CFO and/or CIO office
