The Business Controller will provide sustained managerial accounting and financial performance insights and reports to the Vice President of Livestock, CFO & Treasurer, and other senior management. Working closely with the Livestock Division leadership and staff, the Business Controller will help to facilitate revenue growth and improved returns for various enterprises and operating businesses by providing strategic financial reports and metrics. Key responsibilities of this role will include designing, maintaining, integrating critical accounting and financial data into reports and systems for the Livestock team. Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and must demonstrate the ability to help the organization navigate through growth phases. Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, and 5-10 years of related experience and/or training, some of which are from a public accounting firm required.
