We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team at a prestigious resort. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with exceptional customer service
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for assisting international guests
Skills
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Ability to work efficiently at the front desk in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with front desk operations and procedures
- Knowledge of resort operations is advantageous
Required Driver License
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
