IT Help Desk Technician

You will be the go-to person for setting up all new users stations. You will be the first point of contact for initial IT request submitted thru our helpdesk system. If you are unable to resolve, you will have a partner the IT Manager to help you resolve the issue. We need you to provide great customer service to our employees and think outside of the box to solve issues. We also would like to see the following:

  • Experience with Helpdesk Software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware, components, desktop operating system software, and application software
  • Strong knowledge of PC Industry’s current and emerging technology trends and direction, as well as a keen interest in computer-based information systems and technology
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
  • Ability to research and understand technical documentation and how to apply various technical resources
  • Ability to perform tasks such as providing operating systems and application software installations and upgrades, and virus protection and eradication.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour
