The Growth team supports the millions of users that visit our site every month. Our mission is to grow the company in traffic, data and revenue by focusing on SEO, improving data and lead conversion via A/B testing, and an e-commerce experience. Our team is metrics driven and projects are prioritized based on how much they can impact our company wide goals.

What You'll Do
You will analyze and improve site performance visited by millions of users every month.
You will build microservices and coordinate closely with your front-end peers.
You will maintain strong engineering practices by writing unit and integration tests.
You will collaborate with product owners and engineering managers to develop the feature set, schedule, and roadmap.
3+ years experience developing and designing software
Previous experience with C# or other OOP languages.
Working knowledge of relational and no-SQL databases.
Familiarity/experience with unit testing and crafting testable code.
Able to explain technical concepts to developers, project managers, and technical managers.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Technologies We're Using
We work in Azure utilizing technologies such as Functions, Blob Storage, SQL and more.
We use TeamCity and Octopus for our build and deploy pipeline.
We track all our work in Jira and store all our git repositories in Bitbucket.
