Job Summary:
The Case packer operates case packing machines, ensure machines are full of cases, pads and glue. Checks Product codes, ensure machines are in good working order and notifies maintenance if any problems occur. In order to be successful in this role you must be quick thinking, able to multitask and be somewhat mechanically inclined to understand how the grinding machine works.

Job Duties:
Must be able to learn the operation of both case packer machines.
Keep machine full of cases, pads, and glue.
Check product codes on cases and packages for accuracy.
Make sure machines are in good working order.
Contact maintenance when problems occur so repairs can be made.
Able to work in a safe and proficient manner.
Perform sanitation duties as assigned by the lead person or supervisor.
All other duties as assigned by your supervisor or lead.

Other requirements:
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions.
Must demonstrate a commitment to Safety, GMP’s, and all other company policies.
Must report all food safety and quality concerns to immediate supervisor or their designated replacement.

Physical capabilities:
Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs.
Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds frequently.
Capable of spending most of your workday standing.
Able to work at a steady and swift pace.
