Preferred candidates would be a graduate of a recognized welding school, AWS certified. Candidates must have all PPE and pass welding test at interview. Desired experience includes welding, grinding, painting, construction, light concrete work, site and shop prep and clean up. Ability to operate heavy equipment is a plus. Must be physically fit and able to work both indoors and outdoors year-round. Bilingual is a plus. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from various job sites. Pay will be based on experience, with possible pay increases through ongoing performance and improvement evaluations.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
