Job Description:
Transact all inventory movements with a high level of accuracy.

Material handling, including- unloading inbound freight, loading outbound freight and parcel, sorting, and storing.

Fulfill all outbound shipping orders to Vivint customers, technicians, and offices.

Fill internal requisitions or requests for inventory, supplies, or other stock items.

Follow all safety rules.

Identify damaged inventory stored in the warehouse.

Complete audits and assist with physical inventory counts.

Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the warehouse.

Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager.

Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for at least 8 hours.

Adherence to lean and 5S principles.

Must pass on-boarding training program & maintain minimum expectations.

Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on speed and accuracy

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and ‘customers’

Basic computer knowledge

Innate sense of urgency & competitiveness

Innovative drive

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities

Ability to make competent decisions in absence of supervision

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
