SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Manager, Social Media and Content Marketing will be responsible for building and driving The Fig Tree’s social media, content marketing, reputation management and SEO strategies to educate and inspire guests to interact and transact with our brand. The position will be focused on engaging consumers through timely, relevant, and compelling digital communications that build brand affinity and drive sales. The primary function is to build positive, long-term and meaningful relationships by making emotional connections with our guests to drive action - socially and financially. This role reports to the Director of Interactive, CRM and Loyalty Marketing.
