The Manager, Social Media and Content Marketing will be responsible for building and driving The Fig Tree’s social media, content marketing, reputation management and SEO strategies to educate and inspire guests to interact and transact with our brand. The position will be focused on engaging consumers through timely, relevant, and compelling digital communications that build brand affinity and drive sales. The primary function is to build positive, long-term and meaningful relationships by making emotional connections with our guests to drive action - socially and financially. This role reports to the Director of Interactive, CRM and Loyalty Marketing.


  • Develops comprehensive social media strategies and objectives; focusing on optimizing key social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+, Snapchat, and blogger sites
  • Works closely with IT and customer service to manage customer complaints and issues
  • Respond quickly to all online reviews
  • Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
