Receptionist/Assistant needed for busy chiropractic office

40 hrs per week at $20.00 + bonuses
Rotating schedule: Opening from 7:25am-4:30pm M-Th and 7:25am-1:30pm on Fridays OR Closing 9:55am-6:30pm and 7:25am-1:30pm on Fridays OR will open and close and off on Friday (3 day weekend!). There are two locations and you must be able to get to both of the locations.

Job Summary: CORE Chiropractic is a fun, high energy chiropractic office in the Galleria and Greenway Plaza. The assistant may spend time at each location.
The assistant plays a very important role in the function of the office. The assistant answers the phones, makes insurance calls, assists in directing the flow of the patients, collects payment and tracks statistics of the office.
Qualifications: Enthusiastic, organized, people oriented team member. 45+WPM and 10 key. Proficient at using Word and Excel. Plus a pleasant personality, good clear speaking voice, ability to relate well to people, confidence, ability to work well under pressure and to feel comfortable handling financial matters.
Benefits: Chiropractic care is the best benefit! Health insurance offered after 60 days. Vacation days are accrued; within one year, 40 hours will be allotted for paid time off. Eligible for retirement plan after 1 year.
