One by AOL is Oath’s cross product programmatic offering that makes it easy for publishers to fill their unsold video, mobile and desktop ad needs. The platform offers a solution for publishers to offer their inventory to premium buyers, while maintaining control over their revenue and quality standards, all in real time. We are looking for an ambitious, detail oriented and fast-learning Account Manager to join our team.

We are looking for an intelligent and confident talent who can bring his / her business and partner development skills to maintain and grow complex, revenue-focused partner relationships.

You will be:
Critical to the management partnerships in your book of business, focused on optimizing accounts in order to increase revenue through troubleshooting and up selling.
Driven by data and metrics, and you will use this data to help partners to optimize their usage of our platform, and also to inform how you manage your business.
Curious and driven by solutions, especially when creating new opportunities across your book of business, exploring the entire supply platform portfolio.

Your day-to-day will be:
Managing the day-to-day operations for publisher account base comprised of industry leading web sites.
Provide superior customer service via responsiveness, and strong interpersonal skills in daily interactions with clients.
Assist with implementation and onboarding of new sites; assure adherence to Oath’s commitment to quality content.
Proactively monitor publisher performance to identify further opportunities of increasing revenue, upselling additional OATH products, also communicating and resolving issues.
Performing basic troubleshooting using proprietary and non-proprietary tools for publishers experiencing performance issues.
Manage general and specialized client requests; including set up, billing inquiries, account requests, and feature/product enhancement requests from new and existing clients
P articipate in strategic planning with Account Executive to help hit team revenue goals.
Educating publisher prospects on the OATH value proposition and participating occasional outbound publisher prospecting and onboarding with Sellers/Account Executives, where appropriate.
Collaborating cross-functionally with teams spanning product solutions, platform sales, business operations, technical support.

BA/BS marketing, business, computer science, engineering
Experience of 2 years managing supply partnerships (SSPs, ad-server, content distribution).
Experience with an internet/tech company and understanding of digital advertising a plus.
Creative thinker comfortable with implementing out of the box solutions and leveraging past experiences to create new solutions.
Strong work ethic and be self-motivated.
Proactive and biased towards taking action.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within all levels of the organization and external clients.
Flexible, startup mindset and able to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
