Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo’s more than 70 million global customers.
Provide skilled leadership in managing multiple initiatives in a security-based environment. Excellent analytical skills; ability to perform self-directed planning and then guide and communicate execution of audit and compliance services. Ability to work with multiple LOBs and Sr. Management to direct and manage enterprise-wide initiatives.
7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
7+ years of information technology experience
5+ years of information security experience
5+ years of Information Security reporting and analysis experience
4+ years of risk and regulatory compliance experience
4+ years of policy and strategy development experience
3 + years of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring
2+ years of Business Process Risk Management program experience including scoring, mapping, building business processes and their associated risk and controls information
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Project skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
