P&C Insurance Inside Service Agent
The Connection House is currently seeking a dynamic and extremely outgoing Inside Service Agent for our latest Client. This is a family-owned agency that has been serving the community for over 50 years and wants to make insurance fun! Client is looking for the perfect match for the office to ensure the positive office environment that is already in place. This position is not remote. Office hours are posted below. Candidate must live no more than thirty minutes outside the Paulding County or West Cobb, GA area. We are really looking for that candidate who wants to build something and be the best representative for the Client’s Agency.
Job Description
· Developing relationships with Producer's existing clientele to assist Producer in handling inquiries
· Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional coverages to current clients
· Confer with clients by phone or email to provide information about policies and coverages
· Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as action taken to resolve any problems
· Resolve policy or coverage issues by clarifying the client’s request, determining the cause of the request, selecting, and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
· Resolve Client’s billing requests by processing payments and confirming successful transactions through our agency carrier portals. Perform all other duties as requested or assigned

Tuesday 9-5
Wednesday 9-12
Thursday 9-5
Friday 9-4:30
What We Offer
· $45,000 plus bonuses
($32,000 if candidate is not licensed and must obtain within two months of start date. Client will reimburse)
· Bonuses for meeting production
