Steeler is growing and in need of a Personal Assistant.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Perform Secretarial work
- Provide Management with day-to-day support.
- Assist with sales tracking/reporting
- Writing letters to various entities
- Managing filing systems
- Managing correspondences and appointments.
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
- Run errands as requested.
- Assisting with duties such travel arrangements.
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
- Tech-savvy and experience with Word Processing, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and great time management skills
- Active listening and good communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask
- Punctual with attendance
- Proficient writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with accounting or paralegal preffered
