SunSource, a Midwest leader in Solar Power and Sustainable Development is searching for an exceptional Office Manager with a minimum 5-years of recent business accounting experience to help manage our fast-growing businesses. Our businesses include Architecture, Construction, Development, Solar Power, Real Estate, and Property Management.

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated person with a positive flexible attitude, who is willing and able help out where and when needed over and above their job description.

This position is includes performing and overseeing the following:

Answering multiple phone lines

*Front Desk Duties
Screening potential client calls
Using a CRM for all customer contacts
Securing in-office appointments with potential clients
Scheduling appointments for multiple offices and multiple professionals
Creating client correspondence
Establishing systems, checklists and controls
Oversee day-to-day front office operations
Preparing client files
Greeting clients in office
Maintain accurate client files
Working in a paperless office
Maintain Database integrity
Daily bookkeeping assistance for 4 companies in Quickbooks
AP/AR management
Vendor Relations
Handling lots of daily mail
Accurately Scanning Documents to client files
Completing daily reports in Word & Excel
Ability to work Full Time
Reconciling daily sales and payment reports
Tenant Liaison - Lease renewals, HOA and lease violation letters, general tenant communications, possibly showings and leasing.
Posting and updating ads on Craigslist, Loopnet, and Office Space.*

Our Office Manager will be a key point of contact for our very precious clients. You'll need to dress professionally to represent our office in a positive and professional manner. You also need to be able to work alone and exhibit the skills necessary to make decisions on your own.

Of course, this will also require having excellent interpersonal skills, impeccable writing skills, amazing phone skills, experience in Quickbooks, Word, Excel, as well as the ability to expertly maintain accurate books and files and work closely with our corporate accountant to maintain all the company books. A minimum of 5-years’ experience with Quickbooks, Word, and Excel is required.

Experience managing others is also a requirement. We will be adding additional office staff soon and you must be able to establish systems, checklists, and controls for the new Admins as well as effectively delegate and oversee their work.
