The Sales Associate/Designer will beresponsible for increasing sales volume and ensuring high customer serviceexpectations. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Associate/Designerwill have daily interaction with consumers, the design trade, contractors, andother design professionals. Training provided. Looking for someone who ismotivated and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Provide high level of customer service
  • Maintain a well organized environment
  • Develop repeat business and strong industry relationships (designers, builders, architects)
  • Follow up on leads, generate new business
  • Provide friendly and prompt service
  • Develop detailed knowledge of Plantation Interiors product lines and features
  • Provide in home and in store design consultation for bathrooms and kitchens.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate/trade school/design education preferred or in progress OR the ability to demonstrate hands-on learning through experience.
  • Min 2 years - Prior sales experience with proven success record in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Must possess strong communication skills
  • Candidate must have computer knowledge and skills including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn other commonly used business system.
  • Prior high end or luxury sales experience
  • Strong sales drive
