About On Lok:
For the last 47 years, On Lok's mission has been to relentlessly pursue quality of care for older adults and their families. We strive to keep seniors in their homes and give them an opportunity to connect with fellow seniors in their community. We are not just a day health center; we are a health plan. On Lok was the creator of the "PACE" model which stands for "Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly." And that is exactly what we provide. We couldn't keep this to ourselves so we have shared our model with other organizations who have replicated our model across the nation (over 255 PACE centers in 31 states so far). It started with a dentist and a social worker and now we are nearing 1000+ employees.
