Job Description:
Rytec Electric is on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-centric individual to fill the role of Dispatcher/Scheduler. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless coordination between our valued customers and our field team. Your primary objective will be to schedule appointments efficiently, optimizing geographic logistics while exceeding customer expectations. Additional day to day Office administrative functions.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with customers and our field team to schedule appointments, prioritizing efficiency and surpassing customer expectations.

Maintain a customer-centric approach, guaranteeing exceptional service throughout all interactions.

Manage communication between customers and field team members to facilitate a smooth workflow and proper scheduling expectations.

Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally.

Utilize communication tools and systems effectively for accurate and timely scheduling and dispatching. Keeping detailed notes on file.
