Recruiting Account Executive

We’re looking for highly motivated and career focused people for our Account Executive roles. What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying candidates and customers through a variety of avenues including cold calls, research, industry associations, social media, etc.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with candidates and customers to accurately identify skills, background, and qualifications
  • Solidifying non-negotiable aspects in a candidate’s search through detailed conversations and utilizing sales tactics
  • Closing out sales with clients by providing needed technical talent
  • Working with Senior leadership team to prospect new clients through the completion of sale and to identify high potential growth accounts
  • Building professional network through relationship building and continuous industry knowledge acquisition
  • Providing world class customer service to candidates and customers

Requirements for the position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field required
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Proven track record of high achievement and outperforming peers
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • Strong relationship building capabilities
  • Ability to work earlier and later than normal business hours
