Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Immediate Openings - We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to interface with customers and team members in the area of sales.
This position is not eligible for remote work.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a retail sales person, restaurant server, customer service representative or other profession requiring close communication with customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who was a restaurant server or someone who worked in retail.
Team members are asked to contact prospects and customers to solicit orders, assist with orders already received and address customer questions.
Additionally the customer service representative will create, maintain and process quotes, sales orders, acknowledgements and communication with customers using our ERP system.
Successful candidates can growth quickly to position of Product Manager and eventually Sales Representative.
Mercury Plastics manufactures packaging for candle manufacturing, cosmetics, medical devices, energy products and contract manufactured items.

Skills Required:
- Fluent English (speaking, writing and reading)
- Communication via email, phone and in person
- Working Knowledge of basic sales processes
- Willingness to learn about company products
- Computer usage skills
- Microsoft Office (word, outlook, excel, teams)
- Customer communication
Experience Desired:
- Three plus years of customer service experience.
Education Requirements
Compensation:
- $20 - $25/hour based on experience and proficiency.
Ongoing Training:
- Mercury Plastics most valuable asset is our team members. We invest heavily in the education and training of all of our team members. Team members are expected and occasionally required to attend and complete training. Training costs are paid by Mercury Plastics.
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM
