About the Job
We are looking for an energetic Post Sales Client Success Specialist.
This position is to support customers from the start of their subscription and through the entire subscription period.
It basically comes down to making sure the customer is successful with our product. The responsibilities include the following but are not limited to them:
- Setup customer
- Support changes / updates
- Conduct product training
- Monitor performance / usage
- Follow up to ensure proper utilization
- Promote upgrades and offer up-sells
- Develop best practices to maximize utilization and increase efficiency.
Requirements / Responsibilities
- Digital savvy
- Great communication skills – written & verbal
- Detail oriented
- Analytics skills to develop realistic and measurable metrics & indicators.
- 2-3 years of experience in similar role
- Good knowledge of SaaS business
- Good Social Media Marketing skills is a big plus
- Formal college education
