1-Request and receive the meats and the Shawarma ingredients from the manager or the supervisor.
2- Clean the meat by removing the fat along.
3- Slice the meat with the electrical slicer, and marinate in accordance with the requirements listed in the shawarma corner recipe book
4- Prepare and cook the chicken and beef shawarma daily.
5-Clean and sanitize the slicer and mop the meat cutting room daily.
6-Move the shawarma spits from the back kitchen into the front kitchen and begin cooking it until it is ready to shave. When ready, begin shaving it and place it in the warmer trays so it will be available for use at 10:30 am.
