This position is responsible for Integrated Planning and Scheduling (IP&S) activities supporting Special Project Dallas Programs within Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), Commercial Derivative Aircraft (CDA), division located at the Dallas site. This position will have responsibility for the development of integrated scheduling special projects.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the elements of the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
Serve the focal for the IP&S team in developing, integrating and maintaining portions of the MPS.
A part of the Integrated Planning and Scheduling (IP&S) team and report to the Manager of IP&S for Special Project Dallas.
Works closely with the Operations Management, the IP&S team and program leadership to ensure alignment and integration of the IMS with other key program plans and schedules such as the Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Master Phasing Plan, High Level Flow (HLF) and detailed schedules below the IMS.
Integration of Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP) gate milestones, key program rally points tying to program execution strategy into the program IMS will be critical as well.
Ensures that plans and schedules reflect Boeing Product Development System (BPDS) and Lean+ initiatives like Operationalize Product Development (OPD) are integrated into the IMS to enable efficiency and affordability.
Responsible for schedule compliance, assessment of schedule risk, identification of opportunities (including schedule margin planning) and providing robust/actionable performance reporting from the IMS to support and drive program management understanding and action. Leads the integration of supplier and partner plans and schedules into the IMS to ensure the whole team is operating to the same rhythm and priorities.
Assists in driving program execution through quick turn generation of prospective schedule performance analyses, recovery/alternate scenario planning and improved schedule visibility/visualization.
Schedule data analytics as that capability matures.
Lead the IMS schedule change management process on the program, ensuring schedule impact analysis, alignment and proper coordination have taken place on all schedule changes made.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree required
Customer Focus Experience – fully engaged, enabling customer success
Experience or school experience supporting development programs in engineering or business
Experience in one or more of the following areas: integrated planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Change Management, and/or related disciplines
Experience working with cross-functional organizations
Experience preparing and delivering presentations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with integrated scheduling methods
Understanding integration of program hand-off’s and build-up of detail tasks across departments, suppliers, and business units
Background connecting non-recurring product development and customer complexities through the integration of departments, supplier/partners, and business units
Background with program transitions from development into production
Ability to synthesize large amounts of data to provide schedule integration
Awareness of schedule compliance and integrated business reviews
