We have an immediate opening in our Custodial Department for a Wash Crew Lead!

- Lead the Crew: Plan, assign, and direct the tasks of our amazing Service Line team members.
- Shine Bright: Clean and detailed motor coaches, mini-buses, sprinters, and minivans.
- Chemical Wizard: Select the right cleaning products, mix them up, and manage supplies like a pro.
- Inspect and Perfect: Spot any damage or issues, and keep everything running smoothly.
- Record Keeper: Document all your washing, cleaning, and sanitizing activities.
- Team Trainer: Teach new hires the ropes and ensure everyone follows our top-notch cleaning procedures.
- Safety First: Prioritize safety and ensure our operations are as smooth as our bus exteriors.
- You must be dependable!
- Have a glass-is-half-full mentality, with a passion for serving others.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED, is preferred.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and Human Performance Evaluation (agility/fit testing).
- Successfully pass a background check.
- Be able to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions.
- Have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors and co-workers.
- You must be able to work late evenings and weekends!
- What are the physical demands of a Fleet Wash, Bus Detailer?
- Be able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
- Lift/push/pull, and carry tools, objects, and equipment.
- You must be able to move up and down stairs easily.
